Our role includes precise sequencing of works, supervision of progress, coordination of specialized teams, and immediate resolution of on-site challenges. We actively manage interfaces between trades, ensuring that each element is installed in the correct order, under the right conditions, and to the required level of accuracy.

4. Procurement & logistics coordination
We manage sourcing, production coordination, and delivery organization across all finishing materials and components, ensuring a seamless flow from specification to on-site installation. Our approach is structured and proactive, allowing us to maintain full control over quality, timelines, and supplier performance.
This includes careful supplier alignment, continuous lead-time monitoring, transport planning, and precise sequencing of deliveries. We coordinate closely with manufacturers and contractors to ensure that each element is produced to specification and delivered under the right conditions, at the right time.
